The DevOps /SysAdmin Intern will be supporting the Lead DevOps Engineer by scripting, setting up team laptops, and troubleshooting team technology issues. This position will be learning to independently manage our help desk where they will be exposed to a wide variety of IT problems and issues. They will also work closely with Developers to improve efficiency, logging, and other projects. This is a paid position.

• Assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting one or more company products.
• Assist in developing internal tools and processes to maintain stability and performance of our infrastructure.
• Gather, analyze, and report important IT system data.
• Research new technologies and trends to support IT and Engineering projects.
• Maintain technical configuration and knowledge base documentation.
• Provide internal company support.
