Olu Oyinsan is the managing partner at Oui Capital recently transitioning from Vice President at Ingressive Capital, an early-stage African venture fund, where he led the investment function. Olu began his career in commercial banking with Guaranty Trust Bank in Nigeria, later working as a consultant at Forrester, advising some of the world’s leading technology companies on products and processes, and as a relationship manager at Silicon Valley Bank, where he supported technology startups across all verticals in accessing debt, equity and mezzanine products.

Olu holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston, with a concentration in finance and strategy. His experience is spread across credit risk, technology valuation and venture capital. He is very passionate about financial technology, two-sided networks, and connectivity, having made and managed investments in several high-growth startups in Sub-Saharan Africa including Paystack, MVX, and Tizeti.

Kristin supports the investment and portfolio support team at Oui Capital, designing solutions and using technology tools to help our portfolio companies in their various markets. Over the past 10 years, Kristin has lived and worked across four continents engaging startups operating across various sectors such as Health care, technology, digital media, education and agriculture.

She is passionate about entrepreneurship and works with startups to deliver robust solutions for growth and to scale. She joined the team in 2021 and is driven and focused on startups and SMEs operating in sub-Saharan Africa, providing strategic advisory, research intelligence and data driven optimization tools to portfolio companies for Oui Capital.

Francesco is a ETH Engineer and digital Entrepreneur who has worked in Switzerland, Sweden, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya and the United states. He has been a mentor at TechStars, Angelhack, Masschallenge, The Hult prize among several other startup acceleration and incubation programs around the world. He started his career as a software engineer in Sao Paolo before going on to co-found washmypants.com and Myinsurance- a swiss startup providing mobile-first micro insurance solutions.

He was also a Co-founder of crypto-mining facility in Switzerland based on renewable energy sources (Acquired by Petawatt Group in 2018) . He has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and robotics from ETH Zurich, master’s in business from Hult International Business School and a diploma Big Data from Stanford University. He is fluent in 6 different languages and enjoys working and investing in emerging markets. Francesco is also responsible for the technical and software engineering aspects of our vetting process.

Fiyin oversees Fund Operations and doubles as Chief of Staff at Oui Capital, providing support to the investment team, investors and portfolio companies. Over the past 8 years, she has focused on finance and investment management in the asset management space, across fund accounting, compliance and investment management functions.

Fiyin is an investment professional with skills in investment research and portfolio management and is trained on entrepreneurship and private market investing. She is driven and passionate about value creation in investment management, impact investing and providing business and financing solutions to businesses across the African continent. She joined the team in 2021.

Oke is a Finance & Investment professional with 3+ years’ experience across diverse industries. She is passionate about supporting and enabling the growth of innovative African startups to bring their visions to life.

Her skills in buy-side and sell-side transaction support, financial modeling, financial analysis and evaluation, and storytelling have helped her facilitate fundraising and provide advisory services to both startups and VC Funds.

Ore is a PR & Communications Associate at Oui Capital where she crafts engaging content across our digital channels.

She is a seasoned public relations professional with a knack for content writing. As a formidable team player, she collaborates with the team to handle communication flow within & outside the company and promote a positive public image of the company with the most creative means accessible to her.

She holds a B.Sc in Mass Communication from Covenant University with certifications from NIPR, IAA, APCON, PEFTI.

Deborah Oguike is a PR & Communications Strategist at Oui Capital where she develops effective content & communication strategies for the website, newsletter & other digital channels. 

She also conducts virtual & physical events to grow the Oui Capital community online & offline. Deborah is a Lawyer & has an LL.B from the University of Lagos but has transitioned into the media & communications space to pursue her passion for storytelling.  

When she is not telling great stories at OuiCapital, she is anchoring corporate & social events & creating engaging content on her social media.

Tomisin Olaifa is a Fund Operations Analyst at Oui Capital where he plays a vital role in administering fund transactions and investor relations. He works with the team to ensure the smooth flow of operational functions. He is passionate about finance and investments and also skilled in investment research & analysis.

Tomisin holds a B.Sc in Insurance from the University of Lagos. He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN).
